Dreilindenpark/Konsipark is the city’s largest public park and the only one designed according to the principles of English landscape architecture. The park shelters the castle-like villa Vicovaro – now home to Lucerne’s music conservatory, or "Konsi" – at its centre and features a number of romantic follies, marble sculptures, artificial ruins and grottos as well as an old farm building and gatehouse. With its elevated location on hill, the park offers a breathtaking view of the city, the lake and the Alpine range. Removed from the hustle and bustle, this beautiful park offers tranquility and peace to the visitor.
