Nest provides temporary serviced accommodation for people relocating or traveling to Switzerland for business or leisure. Our aim is to ensure they feel welcome however far away from home they are. Whether it be specific furnishing requirements, in-house services or insider tips about local life – we focus on our customers’ Lifestyle and individual needs in their new environment.

Temporary living should not be about living in limbo. When traveling or posted abroad, whether your stay is measured in weeks, months or years, you want to feel at home and live life to the full.

In 2001, husband and wife Jürg and Gillian Aenishaenslin founded AE International Partners in Lucerne, initially offering classic relocation services. Four years later the company began providing rental furniture under the newly created IN-Lease brand. AE went on to open its first dedicated furnished apartments in Basel, Zug and Zurich, and in 2006 devised the furniture rotation program destined to become Nest’s USP.

AE refocused in 2007, terminating its relocation services and concentrating on the provision of serviced furnished apartments. The following year the company won its first major corporate account. AE opened an office in Basel and founded AE Business Homes in Lucerne.

AE Business Homes inaugurated its first building entirely dedicated to temporary living at Neptunstrasse 69, Zurich, in 2009, and opened an office in the city. The following years saw the addition of further locations in Zurich, a first apartment in Lucerne, an office in Zug and a new building with temporary accommodation in Basel. In 2014, the company took over a selection of furnished apartments, extending its portfolio to over 300 locations in Lucerne, Zug, Zurich and Basel.

In 2015, the “Local Life” webtool was launched, providing information about attractions in the neighborhood of the apartments on offer. AE Business Homes was rebranded as Nest, and Jürg and Gillian Aenishaenslin handed over control of the business to their son Philippe. In the early part of 2017, Nest extended its inventory offer in Zug through the acquisition of Service Station’s 36-unit portfolio.

Host & Unit Care Zürich (80-100 %)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zürich suchen wir eine(n) neue(n) MitarbeiterIn für die Koordination unserer möblierten Wohnungen. Unser Büro in Zürich befindet sich im Stadtteil Hard, die zu betreuenden Wohnungen sind jedoch über das ganze Stadtgebiet verteilt.

Wir suchen eine Person die vernetzt denkt, Aufgaben systematisch, pflichtbewusst und genau erledigt sowie eine offene und freundliche Kommunikation gegenüber internen und externen Stellen führt.

Zur täglichen Arbeit gehören u.a. folgende Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Koordination der täglichen Aufgaben
  • Wohnungsübergabe und -rücknahme
  • Überprüfung der Reinigungsarbeiten und des Inventars
  • Koordination mit dem Facility Management
  • Schlüsselkoordination
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation mit diversen Stellen

Anforderungen:

  • Stilsichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Systematisches und pflichtbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Erfahrung in der Hotellerie (Etage/Reception) und/oder Facility      Management sind von Vorteil.
